My name is Danielle Brown, and I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer. I am a mom to three children, and am very passionate about fitness and health. I love working out. I work out as HARD and as OFTEN as I can, and I look forward to it each day. It is my stress relief, my mood enhancer. I know that being healthy is a gift and I want to respect that gift and nurture it. I thoroughly enjoy being fit, healthy and strong. I think exercise should be a part of everyone's life; our bodies were designed to move. I want to share my love of fitness and help you become addicted. The hardest part is starting, but once you do and see results you won't want to stop! I believe everyone can achieve their lifelong fitness goals. I want to inspire, motivate and teach you the tools to reach these goals, in a realistic and fun way. So when you’re ready, I will be too.
